Dean Smith: Psychologist
Dean has a passion for the healing arts and working with clients. He has been studying and working with clients for over 20 years.
He has training in a range of disciplines, including; Psychology, hypnosis, meditation, bodywork, martial arts, herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, biofeedback and neurofeedback, Somatic Experiencing and other forms of psychotherapy (including psychodynamic, somatic, cognitive, humanistic and gestalt therapy).
He has a special interest in working with Anxiety (and related conditions), Depression, peak performance, trauma (current or past), stress / burn out, personality, and helping clients to change their brain and live life to the fullest.
However will work with anyone who is committed to their own transformation.
