Samantha Dennis is a massage therapist with a background in nursing and midwifery. She has a Certificate in Advanced Bodywork from Mette’s Institute and works with the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and Hot Stones styles to promote a state of deep relaxation.
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi is a beautiful, flowing style of massage, using hands and forearms in long, fluid strokes over the body. This enables a feeling of whole body integration and calms a busy mind. Hot Stones combines the Lomi technique with the soothing heat of smooth hot stones – wonderful for muscle aches and for achieving deep relaxation.
Sam also specialises in pregnancy massage. This is ideal for easing the aches and fluid retention associated with pregnancy, whilst providing a nurturing time for mother and baby to bond and relax together.
